Alkaline versus Acid

It is known that having a more alkaline body is healthier than having a more acidic body. Disease and illness like a more acidic body and cannot survive well in an alkaline body. That is why it is important to eat more alkalizing foods than acidic foods. This has to do with the pH of the body. Your body’s overall pH can affect your entire body and your health.

Red meat, dairy products and all animal products are more acidic than most foods from plants. Our body is always trying to equalize the pH, whether too acidic or too alkaline, the body needs to equalize.
